About Raji

Raji Menon is a certified yoga expert with over 12 years of experience in teaching yoga to individuals and groups of all ages. Passionate about promoting wellness, she blends traditional yoga practices with modern techniques to create a personalized experience for her clients.
Raji holds a 200 RYT Yoga Alliance (USA) certification and a Yoga Instructor’s Certificate from SVYASA, Jigani, Bangalore, India. Having trained under renowned yoga gurus and conducted numerous workshops, she specializes in making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Her philosophy centers around the belief that yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic lifestyle that nurtures the body, mind, and soul.
