According to Ayurvedic tradition, the day is divided into three energetic phases: Vata (wind energy), Pitta (heat energy), and Kapha (a blend of water and earth energy). Morning yoga helps transition the body out of the Kapha state—where heaviness and sluggishness dominate—into a more active and productive rhythm.
Rooted in the Vinyasa style, this dynamic sequence incorporates movements that generate heat, build strength, and enhance flexibility, effectively preparing practitioners for the day ahead.
