Raji Menon

I began my yoga journey at 34, balancing the demands of motherhood with two small children and the responsibilities of a busy home. At first, yoga was simply my personal refuge—a way to relieve stress and find balance amid daily life.

As my practice deepened, I started sharing it with friends and children, discovering a genuine passion for teaching. Encouraged by my family and friends, I pursued a formal certification, marking a turning point in my journey. My training at SVYASA (Jigani, India) opened my eyes to yoga as more than just a physical practice—it became a gateway to something deeper. I had always felt a spiritual spark but wasn’t sure which path to take. Asana practice became the foundation for my exploration into this journey.

Now, with 12 years of teaching experience, yoga is no longer just something I do—it is who I am. It has transformed my life, and I am grateful to share this practice, bringing joy, healing, and self-discovery to my students every day.
